1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of link-building SEO services by Zarbonics to you. By using our Services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

Zarbonics will provide link-building SEO services to improve the search engine ranking of the Client’s website. Services may include, but are not limited to, guest posting, broken link building, resource page link building, and competitor backlink analysis.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client will provide Storm Lite with access to the Client’s website and any other information necessary to perform the Services. The Client will cooperate with Storm Lite and provide timely feedback and approvals as required.

4. Payment Terms

The Client will pay Storm Lite the fees specified in the service agreement or as otherwise agreed upon. Payment is due in full before the commencement of the Services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Service Delivery

Zarbonics will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Services in a timely manner, but does not guarantee any specific results or timelines. Zarbonics will provide regular progress reports to the Client detailing the work done and the results achieved.

6. Ownership

All backlinks acquired as part of the Services will be the property of the Client. Storm Lite retains the right to showcase the work done for the Client for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Storm Lite and the Client agree to keep confidential any information exchanged during the provision of the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zarbonics’s liability to the Client is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the Services. Zarbonics is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the Services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, the Client will pay Storm Lite for all Services provided up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Amendments

Zarbonics may amend these terms and conditions at any time by providing notice to the Client. The Client’s continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Storm Lite and the Client with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings
